It touches upon so many fascinating elements: the logistics necessary to ensure that Ollivander could be used to produce wands on Voldemort's orders, Ollivander's command of deep, old magic and wand lore, Peter's immaturity and childishness that culminate in his dreaming of dragons. The last line is very poignant, it reads like something out of a children's tale. The boy who dreamed of dragons. This sentence alone is a perfect characterisation of Peter.
