i really loved this. it's all so well observed and relatable that it felt almost like a therapy session - in a good way! charity's insecurities about her ageing body (and then about her emotional neediness) are so truthful, and the moment when amelia does not respond to her new hair as hoped felt made my heart plummet too! i'm so glad that amelia put her fears to rest so thoroughly, systematically and deliciously. :)
