I almost did a Mundungus fic this year, but ended up scrapping it for not going anywhere fast enough. I have to say, this is a better characterization of him than I was managing. And I love how hard-edged Hestia is, how she taunts the Dursleys, how she won't just take Dung at his word but makes him prove himself. And how flawed she is, even as a strong, independent woman!
Dedalus is lovely here; I love how he humors Dudley, who's rather cute with his crush. Like Hestia, I do hope Dave and Dudlus work something out--because it would give Vernon (and possibly Petunia) a coronary.
