| At the end of the war everyone was happy to welcome Kingsley Shacklebolt as the new Minister of Magic. A practical man, they put their trust in him. "He'll do right by us," people said. That is, until he made a mistake. People began to talk: "That Seer has put a spell on him!" "When have they ever done anything to protect us?" "He's put every one of us in danger!" There is talk of a group of people who believe the government is too corrupt to truly do right by the people. There have been far too many wrongly appointed Ministers, and corruption among the high ranking officials. There is only one way to fix things:
BRING DOWN THE MINISTRY.
