There had really only been one or two times that she had gotten this drunk before. Landon was much better at it than she was though. At this point, she probably would have been crying, not rambling on about apartments and standing up. No, drunk Madison would have gone through that already and would have been moving deeper and deeper. Thank Merlin Landon wasn't that kind of drunk though. Being on the receiving end so wasn't fun.
"Okay." She grunted and for a second, they were walking and doing alright, but then he was yanking her down onto the ground. Madison's hands shot out, landing on his chest and half caught herself from completely fall on top of him. Breath catching in her throat, Madison realized just how close their faces were in those few seconds. She was tempted to kiss him, but he was drunk. That was like...taking advantage or something. Letting out a small laugh, her forehead thudded against him gently, trying to ease the tension. She shoved herself up so that she was kneeling next to him and touched his face again. "Oh Landon." Madison murmured.
This boy, in this moment in time, looked completely, 100% adorable. Madison really would have liked to just snog his face senseless, but knowing that he was quite tossed right now? Well, she couldn't really just do that. It would have been taking advantage and she was not that girl. So instead she resisted, settling for just sitting at his side, watching him carefully and offer help to him. The last thing she wanted was for him to feel sick because of the alcohol, or throw up. No. Madison didn't want either of those to happen, so she stayed where she was, resisting that kiss.
Her hand slid down his arm to his hand, which she grabbed and squeezed gently. "You're not on a bed, honey. That's in the other room. Are you tired? Hungry? Thirsty?" Madison asked in a calm tone and traced circles in the palm of his hand aimlessly.
