Landon gave Madison a weird look. He was still pretty sure the door she came out of was his flat, not hers. But whatever floats her boat. Though honestly, the things Madison was saying went through his ear and out of it. He was really too drunk to digest anything with his mind, and who knows if he could with his stomach. He really drunk a lot that night. No exact number of bottles and shots as he had lost count after the first one already.
He tried to wave her off when she ruffled his hair, but just waved off the empty space in front of him. The hand he lifted didn't even reach up to her gaze. "I'm fine, I'm fine. I just.. need to go to work and finish all the things I have to do." Obviously, Landon had lost his concept of time at the moment. It was 2am, and he was yammering about the work he left mere hours ago before setting his ass for a drunken night.
"I'm fine," he repeated. "But it's really still my flat, okay? Yours is at the other end." Yeah, he had no idea what he was saying. Though he did hear Madison say that they were going to stand up. "Mmmm, okaaay." He still had some strength left to push himself off the floor, and that's what he did when Madison counted to three and hoisted him up.
He thought he was doing a good job walking, until he tripped on the door frame and stumbled inside, his weight bringing him down to the ground. "Oops!" He said, absentmindedly before falling flat on his back on the floor again. "Mmm, this is comfy. This is a nice bed."
