"Oh, was that the point?" She said, now nudging him with her hip before she wrapped an arm around him, her fingers affectionately clutching at the fabric of his sleeveless t-shirt. She definitely always felt safe, when she was with Max - he was stronger than people thought a man his age would be, and she kind of liked that element of surprise. He was always quick to jump to her defense, when she needed him to. All in all he had been acting as her knight in shining armor for the last year - though to be more realistic, he was her knight in denim and converse, which was just fine.
"Oooh, that is enticing." She said dramatically, going so far as to start fanning herself with the bag she had hit him with just moments ago. "You really know how to get a girl going, Moretti." She smiled up at him before she lifted herself up on her toes to kiss his cheek, still keeping herself as close as possible to him as they walked.
Ophelia tucked her clutch under her elbow as she held her cup of beer, casually browsing through the trinkets the shops had to offer, pointing things she found particularly interesting out to Max - not because she wanted him to buy them for her, though she really wouldn't have minded if he did...because really, who doesn't like tropical gifts?
She sipped at her drink and snorted as she found something she thought he might appreciate. "You think I'd look good in this, babe?" She questioned, keeping her back to him for the time being before she turned around once she had the barely existent bikini top in place over her dress. She posed for him, pursing her lips into the stereotypical 'duck face' that girls made whenever they were trying to be sexy, before she shook her head, looking down at it.
"It's the closest to wearing nothing a girl can get without actually getting fined for public indecency."
