"I am quite well, thank you," Albus said, automatically, but his face contracted with concern at the boy's assessment of his condition. "If you are not quite up to leaving the infirmary, however, you may stay here a while longer. I am certain our school nurse will have you feeling up to lessons in no time at all." Clearing his throat again, Albus turned to address all the children. "If I might have your names, it would help me with my research." He realised then that he hadn't brought a quill or parchment with him to the hospital wing, but thankfully Madam Pomfrey had left both out on a desk in the far corner of the room. He summoned them and, picking up one of the unused Legens books to use as a writing surface, prepared to jot down a list.
