It has come to my attention that while people are being announced and jobs are being handed out, not everyone knows who's who. So I'm going to make a list and I'm going to collect birthday. Besides the date, I'll need your age since time travel makes things complicated.

I'll do the ones I know but feel free to drop a comment and I'll add it to the list. We can use this to celebrate birthdays and have parties. Dad will be in charge of those, because everyone else won't think about it.

Private to the Marauders

Peter Pettigrew arrived late last night. He came to see me early this morning. He comes from the 1st of October, 1981. He still hasn't betrayed anyone and seemed genuinely happy to see me. He even hugged me. What's with you and hugs?

Anyway, I will make an announcement in a bit, but I wanted to give you advanced notice.

We seem to be getting more people. Please be careful when approaching new people.

Also we'll need to concentrate on finding this bloody key because our food usage is increasing.

If you have any concerns, solutions or problems, let me know.

Since it was impossible to go through everything in Hogsmeade, we had the house-elves bring everything to Hogwarts. Everything is boxed up and labeled by building. They are all stored on the fourth floor near the library.

I think we should make that floor our research area, keeping it off limits for residences and students. I know it's a lot of space, but we will need it when we eventually go to Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley.

If there aren't any objections, Remus and I can go through everything to search for clues, but also to make a record of personal things that were left behind. Pictures, diaries, etc might become pretty important in the future. They would provide a sense of history that will soon be gone.

I know that I'd work on the books but i think Dumbledore volunteer for that.

Anyone wants to come and help, you are more than welcome, but I understand that looking around the castle for the key is more important.

Professor Dumbledore and Kirley Duke have arrived. We all know who Professor Dumbledore is. Kirley Duke is Savannah's father and a member of the Weird Sisters, a rock band.

Assignments for the rest of the week

Tomorrow morning:
Draco and Lucius - Malfoy manor. Do NOT tell the world we're here. We don't want foreign governments trying to kill us. However if you find your vault key, bring it with you.
Ron and I - Grimmauld Place. I want to see if we find more clues, but it shouldn't take long.
Professor Snape - Will got to Spinner's End
Kirley and Savannah - the Palace. Same as the Malfoys.

Tomorrow afternoon:
Professor Dumbledore Sirius, Remus, Regulus and Dad will go to Hogsmeade and see what they can find. You should have a plant and cover as much as you can, but going methodically around the houses. You never know what you can find.

In addition, we will divide Hogwarts in areas so we can start looking for that Gringotts key. Anyone not on assignment, should be looking for the key and for any 'clue' about the location of this secret vault. Yes, looking for something strange at Hogwarts is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but that's what we have.

We'll continue to search for the rest of the week and then we'll reassess at the end of the week.

Things we need

- People who will go visit the Muggleborns, both older ones and families. Usually, the deputy headmistress would do that, but we're missing one. Any volunteers for this job? You will need to be able to blend in Muggle areas.

- We also need someone who starts going through the library and see if we have enough first year textbooks. If not, we need to start copying spells. Again volunteers?

- If anyone has any ideas about things we need to do, feel free to bring it up here or meals or really any time you want. This makes it easier so everyone can see it.

So yesterday I found a letter written by my older self at Grimmauld Place. I only read it today, but the gist is that all the ministry's money is in a vault at Gringotts, and everything magical is hidden away somewhere with clues at Hogwarts, Hogmeade and Diagon Alley. The bank's key is hidden at Hogwarts.

Warded to Ron

I found some things in the house, personal things, but also the cloak and the resurrection stone. Apparently I never learned to do as I was told.

I got married. To GINNY. Like a few months after the date I came here. I have no idea what happened and I have no idea how the papers we found never mentioned it, but the pregnancy happened before the wedding. That might explain why we got married. I found some pictures and we looked happy. I hope we were. Also I found this letter.

Assignments for the Day:

Remus and Dad - Godric's Hollow. This is recon only. In 2003, most of the big cities have cameras in very corner. In 2038, even small villages might, so be careful. Apparate outside the town and check out the old wizarding homes.

Dora and Sirius - Kenmare. Same as Godric's Hollow. Recon only

Ron and Professor Snape: Check out St. Mungo's. Take what you can and we can go back for everything else or send house-elves.

I'll be going through the Ministry and Grimmauld Place. And Draco is coming with me.

Regulus, you'll be here for protection.

We'll use these to share information while we're out.

New Arrivals:

Lucius Malfoy arrived this morning.

We have arrived on the 11th and we haven't done much of anything. It's time that we become a little more pro-active since it's obvious that more people are coming through.

1. We need to collect everything from magical buildings across the country. Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are important, but we should make houses in mixed cities our priority because they are most likely to be discovered.

2. Let's have teams that go to Godric's Hollow, Kenmere, Wiltshire, Dorset and all the wizarding villages near the stadiums.

3. Draco, we need a list of all the manors like yours that would be in the middle of nowhere and with house-elves. Those most likely have food, supplies and house-elves. We might want to convince them to come here instead.

All of this depends on one thing. Do we think that the hex is gone now that everyone has been dead for six years? Professor Snape, maybe you can deal with that part since you're the most likely to figure magic out.

We can form teams of two to go out, but we'll also need enough people here, so a rotating system might work best. We also need to keep in mind the full for Remus. We'll also need people here to direct the house-elves has we create an inventory for what we have.
