Tonks would argue that most actual evil things oughtn't be in the world, but that was a philosophical debate for another time. And perhaps with a stash of firewhiskey or something. One philosophical debate she would entertain, however, was that of time travel.
"Do you think this will get to impact anything at all? Or that the magic is asking us instead to live in the future now? Huh."
