"I'll have a chat with Harry about it as soon as I see him then." Remus tucked his arm around Regulus, releasing a happy sigh. This much he remembered from those fuzzy fever-filled days before being petrified, wanting to hold Regulus and get in as much time with his lover as possible if those were going to be his last hours. But, Regulus was needed to ensure they weren't his last hours. So, Remus had refrained.
But, now he had the chance and leftover stress he wasn't even aware of carrying melted away as he chuckled softly. "I most definitely do not want others showing you their appreciation in the same manner," he said with a hint of a growl in his voice.
"That's not how I meant it, though. Things from before are a bit fuzzy in my memory," he explained. "The fever's doing, I assume. I wasn't sure if we'd actually talked about it or if I dreamed it." He huffed softly. "Since I have to stay here tonight and have been told by a very brilliant Slytherin I know that strenuous activity is not recommended just yet for a full recovery, appreciation would have to wait anyway."
