Re: James | Remus
"Your nose ruins way too much of my fun," James lamented. How many times had Remus known he and Sirius were up to something when they were sneaking around under the cloak? It had turned into a game by the end, even if it usually ended with the pair of them dragging poor old Moony into whatever mayhem was brewing.
He gave a low chuckle, conscious of the other patients sleeping not too far away. "Lazier than a flobberworm, I know. I've always said that about you." Smiling, James shifted position in the uncomfy chair again, trying to ignore how his right foot wouldn't stop jiggling. "I'll let her know," he nodded, "No need to worry, best minds on the case and so on. No need to panic."
Fully aware that they weren't really chatting about Lily, James let the smile fall, wriggling again so that he was close enough to speak quietly to Remus without waking anyone else. "Is anything Marlene's giving you making a dent? Or are you being a prat and refusing it all?"
