Next Gen/Theo
Unlike the rest of the folks, I'm not important enough or have parents who knew about Ministry's work.

I can tell you that a) none of the explanations made sense, b) we had spells for infertility, c) there was an experimental spell that would allow anyone to have children without a pregnancy and it seemed to be working. (I don't think the baby in the experiment was at term yet).

Thus ends what I know about it.
