Re: Scorpius/Kirley
He and Myron had been up well into the night working on another song, this one a remake of one of their very earliest ones. It had been popular enough, but never considered one of their top hits. Now, though, he thought they had something special now. It wasn't the same without the rest of the band, but they weren't the same wet behind the ears kids they'd been when they'd first started out and they were finding a good groove.

However, they'd always worked best at night, so being told that there was a mandatory 9 am meeting had not gone over well with him. He'd thought he was done with all the Ministry bullshit, having happily handed the treasury off to Lucius to scheme over. He mostly stopped listening after a few minutes, though he supposed it was important information. There wasn't much he could offer in the way of support, though, so he mostly spent the time watching people and trying not to fall asleep on Myron's shoulder.

His mate was rather tense, and Kirley made a note to sign up for some time away from the school. They could explore London, find all the interesting places, and maybe get high. It couldn't be any harder to find the good stuff in 2038 than it had been in 2008.

Still thinking about London, it took a minute for him to realize that Potter was done, and Scorpius was talking to him. He pushed off Myron's shoulder and turned towards the young man. "Tired. It's my bedtime," he explained, then laughed a bit at the comment. "I don't think they know any better way to get off. It's sad." Kirley was absolutely sincere in that sentiment.

"It's good. Really good. We've almost got what Savannah wants done, and we're working on a new piece as well. That's not close to being done though. Needs fine-tuning." It was a transition to work as a duo rather than as part of a large group, but they were getting there. "How's the spa coming. Do you need anything?"
