RP: Sirius & Savannah
Who: Sirius and Savannah When: afternoon, 26th February, 2038 Where: Various Castle Locations What: Distraction and Fun
Sirius had been in a full on funk after yesterday's scouting missions. At first he'd been jazzed, thrilled for a chance to leave the castle and start getting some answers. But every group had come back with a big fat nothing, and finding out the Ministry was empty had fully crushed his dreams. He had been so sure the department of mysteries would have some answers. He'd spent the rest of the day as a dog, sulking between James and Remus or hiding under his bed. So Harry's revelation about the letter and the clues was like a beacon. It didn't matter how hard it would be, any direction, any sort of action would be better than this total nothing. He may have overcompensated with his excitment, but could you really blame him? A treasure hunt! A treasure hunt with the hope of some answers at the end of it!
Meeting up with Savannah to blow off steam was an attractive prospect, so he found himself taking the stairs two at a time on his way to the Great Hall. He didn't know her at all, really, but she was cute and she seemed fun and Sirius could really use both of those things now.
He slid down the final banister, revelling in the fact that Filch wasn't there to yell at him. He stayed sitting on the edge while he waited for her, swinging his legs and drumming on the wood with nervous energy.
