Severus wasn't sure exactly what it was he felt when he emerged from the stairwell to find Harry Potter grinning at him with a bottle in his hand but exasperation was probably the predominant thing. What was surprising was that it wasn't the irritated exasperation that he usually associated with Harry Potter. The man's latest round of dramatics had actually been entirely understandable. Most people here were interested in moving on and rejuvenating the British wizarding world. Unfortunately, there were a minority who were more focused on their own self-interest.
"Mr Potter," he said archly before snorting and relaxing a little. "I would recommend the order be dinner, flying, duelling and then drinking."
His gaze flickered over the other man. Harry looked far more relaxed and happy than he'd seen since he'd arrived here. Clearly, not being Minister agreed with him. He understood. He suspected he'd be more relaxed if he didn't have the weight of the school on his shoulders.
"Dinner in my office or did you want to brave the Great Hall?" he said dryly. "Personally, I would suggest my office."
