Harry had spent the past two days in Diagon's Alley with Ron and Hermione. It had been fun in a way that nothing else was, going through buildings and trying to find clues. They had made trips to the Muggle world for lunch. They decided to forgo dinner, because they had been away long enough and they didn't want to push the castle.

Harry had agreed with the suggestion and it did make sense, but he really didn't want to be in his room. He didn't want to deal with Draco, not when it was another fight, and right now he was strangely happy and didn't want to ruin it. As much as he would have liked to stay and drink in peace, he knew it wouldn't happen so off he went before Draco could arrive.

He was almost at his destination when the gargoyle opened up before he could say the password and Snape came out almost bumping into him. "Just the man I was looking for." He raised a hand with a bottle. "I got the firewhiskey, we can have some dinner and you can fly and duel, maybe not exactly in that order unless we want to splash on the ground because we're drunk," he said, grinning.
