No one else is stepping up. No one else is presenting a plan.
Put together a plan. Take it to the rest and let them vote on it. Most of them will say yes just so that they don't have to deal with any of the problems themselves. Those who have something to say? Keep note of who they are and figure out a way to get them working along with the plan. Those are the ones we want helping us, the ones who care enough to voice an opinion. Even if they get voted down by the yes men, working with them instead of browbeating them into submission will go a lot farther than waiting for the next Chosen One to come along.
