"Exactly!" Kirley was glad Myron got how weird it all was. No one else seemed to. "A KID! Her mum is Sierra Monroe. I don't know if you'd know her, but she's pretty cool. Seems to have done a good job with Savannah, who took after my sister and grandmother and plays for Pride. You'll like her."
Kirley shrugged. "Who's going to stop us? I have everything we need, though we'll have to figure out a recording studio. Between the two of us, we can manage it I think." They'd worked with less when they'd first started out. "I've barely even played since coming here. I've been going crazy." He grinned. "And of course I did. What's a school without a nightclub anyway? It was certainly what was missing when we went here. This new generation won't know how lucky they are."
He nudged Myron back. "Now, let's grab some food, and I'll show you the set-up."
