"We could combine them?" James offered helpfully. Although the day he managed to convince McKinnon to cause too much damage to anything would be the day he snogged Snape. Still, he knew the frustration which often came from this place - all too well, sometimes. And the offer was always there.
He laughed easily at the name. "Don't sell yourself short. But yeah, you're not wrong. Things could be worse. This place has plenty of its own drama, though. It's just a bit less Death Eatery."
"Nice," James grimaced. "I'll try and avoid the splinches, if it's all the same to you. But I'm sure there'll be another quidditch game sooner or later, so maybe you'll be lucky and me or Sirius will get a bludger to the head." It wouldn't be the first time - quite often when they were trying to stop the other being knocked off their broom. Pomfrey had often complained about them taking it in turns. James couldn't help but grin fondly at the memory. "Let me know if you need a hand, though. It can't be much fun sorting that place out on your own."
