"Moody thinks his slippers are stalking him, poor old bugger," James shot back, with a grin. He'd always admired Mad Eye - you had to really - but that didn't change the fact that he was completely mental. And great fun to wind up.
"I don't know what you're talking about," he insisted. "I'm a gainfully employed family man, you know. No time for all that rubbish."
"Anyway," he added. "You've got to be careful these days. There's two of me wandering about now." Although James had (mostly) gotten used to seeing Harry strolling around, being very grown up and looking very much like his mirror image, he knew how weird that stuff was when you first arrived.
