RP: Marlene and James Who: Marlene Mckinnon, James Potter When: April 27th - 8pm Where: Wandering around the castle What: Chit chat
It was Hogwarts and it wasn't, Marlene thought as she dusted off her hands and left the infirmary. It was a dusty, dingy, cluttered mess, but she was making the best of it. It would take a while to get the infirmary up to her standards but do it she would. There really wasn't any other option. The hallways were always so quiet, not overrun with kids making there way to classes, or up to mischief and adventure. People were making the best of their circumstances, or so she hoped. She knew at least that she was trying, although it wasn't easy. Knowing what she knew of the future from her readings, which she had limited to a few pages a night, didn't make it any easier.
Rounding the corner she spotted the familiar sight of dont care messy hair, James Potter. That was some comfort, having the people she knew and cared for nearby. It made the moments of doubt and uncertainty that much easier to contend with.
She crept up as quietly as she could, ghosting James's footsteps before reaching out to give him a sharp shove. "Oi, you." She said with a smile. "What are you up to?"
