"The cameras? Sure. What I remember of Muggle London in 2003 is that they're on street corners, street lights, most shop entrances. There was a terrorist attack in New York in 2001, and after that the Muggle world took security seriously. At least, that's what Hermione says." Ron would always bow to Hermione's wisdom, especially about the Muggle world. "How are your shoplifting skills? Mine are subpar at best."
They walked into the street, which thankfully wasn't all that busy. Only a few people going about their business.
