"I doubt there will be cameras unless things in the Muggle world have taken a decided turn for the dictatorial," Severus said. "However, it was occasionally used by the homeless as shelter."
He pulled out his wand and arched an eyebrow. "I shall endeavour to get us both there intact," he said with dryness that was practically arid before taking hold of Weasley's arm and apparating them both into a small yard surrounded by looming buildings. He glanced around quickly then winced at the truly noxious odour in the small space. "No cameras or people but I confess I had forgotten about the smell."
He gestured towards the lone exit from the yard, a narrow alley between two of the buildings. "That way, then turn left when you get to the street. St Mungos is not far."
