What was he playing at? Roxanne sniffed, still eyeing Theo suspiciously as he smiled at her. Her gaze flickered down to the dial still balanced delicately in his hand, her mind working to catch up. Then he was closer all of a sudden, and she felt something hitch in her chest.
"Is that what we're doing?" Roxanne asked. She hesitated for a split second, then lifted herself up onto her toes, bringing her face even closer to his. She wasn't one to be outdone, after all. Dark eyes met green for a moment, then she grinned wickedly. "You better get comfy, I guess."
Still smiling, Roxanne dropped sharply back and put some distance between them, gesturing back to the half finished structure. "I'm sure I'll find some use for you."
Was she flirting with him? Well, maybe a little. Why not? She enjoyed his company, they had things in common, and he definitely wasn't terrible to look at. It was a bit weird that he had seen all her memories, but it also meant she felt kind of comfortable, as if she'd known him much longer.
