"That's not hard to do," she said, with a shake of her head. "I'm telling you the castle has a hard-on for emotionally stunted people that can create drama. I firmly believe I'm a mistake or meant to cause drama for someone else. If I disappear, it's because the castle is terribly disappointed that I refuse to engage." She said it as a joke but that didn't mean that she believed every word.
She smiled. "And I'll keep you company, because you're the only person I know who can be alone while surrounded by people."
Savannah shrugged. "Jamie, I hate to break it to you, but plenty of people wanted to meet the Weird Sisters. On the first day, I had seventeen year olds who wanted me to introduce them to my dad so they could sleep with him. I didn't turn into you. Sometimes, you three use the Harry Potter syndrome to cover your own personalities. Sure, it sucks to be the child of a famous person, but again, you're not the only one."
She made a face. "I'm not jumping into that lake. It's also bloody cold in Scotland. Get me to a beach in Dorset, and I might reconsider."
