Kirley noticed that Sirius had put his shirt back on in the time it had taken to get the water, but decided not to mention it. He'd noticed the scars as well, and he understood about vanity. It was clear the younger man didn't wish to discuss them, and as Kirley had reminded himself several times he wasn't the kid's therapist or anything like that.
