"Oh, then you definitely have to come help me out," Roxanne decided. "I've got this half finished astrarium that needs some work. I'm pretty sure half the pieces are missing." She'd spent a decent amount of time when she'd first arrived pinching bits of broken kit and equipment and squirreling them away in her room. She found that she didn't think so much when her hands were busy, and e wrong needed that when they found themselves here.
She laughed. "Fair enough." Roxanne sent Theo a bright smile from across the room. He wasn't a bad looking bloke, actually. If the idea of flirting with someone from a different time and who had just had a head full of her memories wasn't so mind-bending, maybe she'd have given the idea more thought. Still, she shook her head, rolling her eyes teasingly at his playful comment. "If you say so, 90s kid."
Roxanne settled back to watch him try the wand, her smile dying somewhat as her attention focused carefully on the matter at hand. There was something pretty about the way the dust swirled through the air, catching the last of the dying light coming through the window. It was delicate, elegant magic; no obvious problems there. Roxanne nodded happily as the dust fell back to earth, creating a gentle powdering over the workbench.
"Very nice," she told him, approvingly. "How about something bigger now? How's your transfiguration?" She nodded to one of the chairs which had been shoved against the wall.
