"I'm also a woman. Have you noticed how except for your aunt, everyone else is very male?" Savannah asked. "Apparently a vagina is more problematic than being a werewolf," she said with a chuckle.
"I never said that it was easy but you are talking about trying to help him, trying to stop him from turning into the man he was. How about you work on not becoming that man? Because I have more faith in you than him and because I don't honestly think he can ever be normal. You can." She smiled and kissed his forehead. "You're talking to me, so I already know that this is more than your usual."
She made a face. "At least my father was aware of what he was doing. They think it's normal to drink that much, and I can't even imagine what that moonshine was like. Merlin, talk about unhealthy habits. I don't even know if they even understand what alcoholism and addiction is." Savannah had her own experience with that, and had seen everything from the recreational use to real addiction and she could tell the difference most times. She wasn't sure with the Weasleys.
"Then you get to figure it out. You don't have to be an Auror, or a Quidditch player, or a Curse Breaker, or a Dragon Master, or even a Minister, because everything is gone. The Ministry positions are a joke, because I'm suddenly in charge of diplomacy. You can be anything you like in a very new world." She smiled at the little touch. "I'm not asking you for a proposal here. I'm telling you to change with your siblings. Start there, because all three of you deserve to have each other. You won't disappoint them by being human, but you will get even closer. They want to be there for you, Jamie. I know that for a fact." She poked his nose with a finger. "Also, love, you just let me in so you're a lot more ready than you used to be."
