James wasn't totally convinced Sirius' whole 'bury it down' technique was the healthiest, but he also didn't want to push it. In his experience, things like that had a tendency to backfire.
He had to work very hard to keep his expression neutral when the subject swung round to Snape. He had promised several people here that he'd avoid a confrontation with the man - the best way to ensure that was to give him a wide berth; something he was more than happy to do. James sighed. "We did a lot of stupid crap back then." It was hard for him to regret it all, though. Even when he'd got Head Boy and everything else had calmed down, Snape had always managed to get under his skin.
