Remus chuckled. "I'm sure he has a lot of someones. And, like James, he's probably only got eyes for one, first." Falling into step with Peter, he stuck his hands into his pockets and just walked for a moment. "You're probably right about that." They all knew how Sirius felt about James...except maybe for James and Sirius. "To be fair, I don't think even I realized how absolutely lost he felt without her. It was..." he shrugged. Disquieting was the word he was thinking.
"It was weird. While it was happening, it was like with this new potion. I could feel this...irritation in the back of my mind. But, there was a barrier almost between it and I." Remus smiled. "If it had to be someone outside the three of you, I'm glad it was him. I know James and Sirius don't get it. But, I like Regulus. I think we could have been friends before, if things had been different." He turned to look at Peter through his fringe. "Now I get to ask, are you all right?" Peter had had Cassandra. Remus, if he'd let him. But, Remus knew his friend didn't have the support system Remus would have with losing Teddy. There was still too much that needed to be worked through. So, he would make sure Peter got looked after, too.
