"Well, if that's true, I guess I didn't die in vain, at least." While he couldn't fathom the idea of being any sort of hero, if his death had meant something improved for others of his kind, Remus couldn't be too unhappy with the way things turned out. After all, it had been a pure miracle he survived the first war. It would be tempting Fate too much to think he could survive the second.
Remus couldn't help laughing warmly. "You sound like my friends, anything but a school broom. An inventory isn't a bad idea, actually. The house elves seem to have collected everything that was left behind here and stored it. We should probably get a supply list from them, as well." That reminded him he should let Sirius and Regulus know what supplies he'd found in the Hospital Wing that they could use after the Full, if necessary. "That's good to know about the spells, too. We should check to see what's left standing." Maybe a trip to the Ministry itself was in order, too. No better place to catch up on what had happened in the greater magical world than in the hub of the people trying to run it.
"Right, stairway down to the main entrance is just up ahead and then we can head for the gates and your stadium. We'll see what we can see."
