Given the context of 'Portree' and 'stadium', he could make the assumption she was connected to the Pride, probably a player since she used the word 'Coach'. But, the rest? Remus was going to assume 'The Palace' must be a club of some kind because he doubted a quidditch player was going to be hobnobbing at Windsor.
That she saw nothing wrong with McGonagall being headmistress, he also had a rough idea of when she must have come from, at least generally. But, that would just make it more difficult to know the right references to frame this in for her.
