Re: James | Harry
"I wouldn't go that far," he said with a snort, "but I might have hexed Carrow because he insulted her, so I understand the feeling." He had cast the Cruciatus without even thinking about it. It hadn't been one of his finest moments. "She was a special woman and she knew when to be stern and when to listen and do as she was told. She trusted me."
He nodded. "I probably will at some point. I might as well see what all the fuss is all about or if everyone in my family picked to be a chaser because they can't cut it as a seeker," he teased.
His father was probably right. Both Savannah and Lucius had told him the same thing and when people so very different from each other agreed, it was probably right. "The consensus agrees with you, so we just wait."
He was very glad that Snape was around this month. "I know, and Snape trusts the potion. Dumbledore trusted the potion, too, but he has a soft sport for you lot. Snape doesn't, so I believe his take more. Technically he could change in a room with people and nothing should happen. I'm not sure I want to test that on the first time he takes it."
