Re: Padma/Parvati
"Of course we can. Confusing people is half the fun," she said with a giggle. "How am I supposed to do that when you want to wear a boring white silk blouse?" She shook her head. "I don't know what I have to do to show you the importance of the right colour," she said with a deep sigh, but they both knew that she was joking.
"We'll have to find some way to shorten it, maybe a nickname... Oh I know, let's just use Harry for that." People who didn't know him would find their teasing blasphemous, but they knew him. "Oh, I like that one. We'll have to propose it as a new bank holiday. We all deserve more bank holidays when coming back after the end of time."
She knew that Padma didn't have the same relationship with those three. Anyone not in Gryffindor wouldn't have seen them day in and day out, ignoring everyone else in there. She was pretty sure that Hermione didn't even know the other people in her class. Still even Padma knew how dangerous they could be. "Right, more important things first, like rooms to sleep. Do you want to take over the Gryffindor tower or should we go somewhere else? I know it's day here but I was ready to snuggle in my bed already. This will be worse than travelling to America for that conference on magical auras in Muggle cities."
