Albus had gone to watch the game, mostly because there wasn't much else to do. He didn't hate Quidditch as much as he pretended to, he'd gone to every one of Jamie's games after all. It was more of the principal of the thing really. Plus he was an atrocious flyer. Still, watching with Scorpius wasn't so bad, and there had been a few exciting moments. It was no surprise that his father had done something suicidaly insane to get the snitch. Somethings never changed, it seemed, and that was weirdly comforting.
He had planned to slip back to the castle without having to talk to anyone, but just as he headed for the edge of the stands he came face to face with Uncle Ron. He stopped, awkwardly, and gave him a strained smaile. They'd somehow managed not to talk since he got here. Well, somehow being Albus avoiding pretty much everyone.
