Re: Albus Dumbledore & Remus
"Diolch, Professor." Remus called, coming up from the opposite direction, wayward bludger in tow. His experience with quidditch players -- mostly James and Sirius -- was that they were super careful about their brooms, not so much about packing up equipment after a game. So, he'd taken it upon himself to track down and lock up the quidditch balls before they lost a bludger to the Forest or something.
Remus had been less than thrilled at finding himself playing in the game. He suspected he could blame this on Sirius' or James' mouths running away from them somewhere. But, he'd gone through with it anyway, since there needed to be even teams.
"I was going to come for that one after I got this one under control," he went on, moving to strap the bludger down next to it's mate. With Dumbledore having brought the quaffle, he thought they had them all, since he was pretty sure Harry still had the snitch. No, on second thought, it looked like there was a beater's bat still floating about out there. When he stood up, both hands where slipped into his jeans pockets. "You seemed to be making a fast getaway."
