Re: Savannah/Jamie
"Just proves to me it comes with the Potter genes." They all did the bragging in their own way, even his dad, thought Jamie knew he'd deny it.
Following her gaze, Jamie stifled a chuckle of his own. "I just had this image of him looking at the contracts and trying to negotiate his down because he didn't need the money and wasn't there anything better they could do with it? Like start a charity with what they wanted to pay him. And then he'd chastise his agent for swearing at the realization he wasn't going to get a huge commission by representing The Chosen One." Of course, now that he thought about it, he wondered if the reputation of the league for it's drinking would have been a good match after all.
"We would have been happier if he had been happy," he said, before groaning. "Of course they do." It was Harry Potter. He might have taught the D.A. Defence, but he was all about attack when it came to how he got things done. "Well at least I know what I'm doing. I managed to avoid the MLE by keeping the subject on the press, Communications, and how he hasn't the first clue what he's getting into by jumping in as Minister. I'm pretty sure there was smoke coming out his ears at the end of that conversation."
