Harry watched Teddy go, but right now he had other's concerns. The fine sounded exactly like one of his fine. "I've been as fine as you. Plenty of times, but fine it is," he said, letting Al know that it wouldn't fly with him. "And thank you. I'm not sure it's a good thing, but someone had to do it and there was no one else."
He nodded. "Yes, Monroe, and she'll still need to know when you're coming from to figure out birthdays. It's been a little strange celebrating the same birthday twice."
Apparently James was the Gryffindor for the reason. "Merlin, you sound like me, but no, I don't mind. You can call me 'Harry' if you like. Dad... my dad... he might like for you to call him grandpa, but he's even younger tan I am, so-" He shrugged. "I'm sure he'll adjust to James, if that's easier for you."
He sighed. "Look, I'm not going to pretend that I'm your father and I have the magic solution here, but I am here for both of you. I'd like to get to know you if you want, but for now, we really should find you rooms where you can sleep. You can pick something near Scorpius if you want. Or pick something random for tonight and tomorrow when you see where everyone is, then you can figure out where you want to stay."
