Re: Harry/Draco
"It's almost like you were invisible sometime," Draco teased. Hearing about that damn cloak explained so many things that had utterly vexed him in their first few years.
"You're forgetting, Potter, that everything I do is attractive. Even my whining." He wrinkled his nose at the mention of his father, then sighed. "I should talk to him. Perhaps I'll reach out tomorrow. As for what he should do..." he shrugged, a little helplessly. "He was on the Board of Governors at multiple places, as I'm sure you remember. So if you want some useless beurocracy he's your man. I doubt he'd be willing to do anything as mundane as helping with food. Perhaps some sort of symbolic thing that makes him feel important but has very little chance of getting in the way?"
It all made sense, in a very Harry sort of way. Draco had spent a lot of time puzzling over the wand aspect of the fin battle against the Dark Lord, and researching wand lore. It seemed almost insanely convenient that Harry disarming Draco had directly led to to him being able to overpower the Dark Lord. Endless magic seemed much more attractive after that.
"I know some too. It seemed like the sensible thing to do."
