Savannah enjoyed a good party. This wasn't one of them, not if one considered her father's parties back home, but it was still a party and she refused to let the situation make her sad.
She walked around, talking to people, smiling at everyone, hugging almost everyone, hugging some twice, because they looked like they needed. After that she went for something to drink. She left the heavy drinking to her father. She was still training even if there was no Quidditch and the sugar in the alcohol wasn't good for her.
All set up she moved toward the 'dance floor' when she was hit by hair. She laughed at the response. "That's fine. I think you need to tie your hair up." She reached for the hair elastic on her wrist. She always had one handy. "Would you like one? I have extra."
