He raised the bottle, because he refused to drink cocktails and this was easier than going back to get more. Also safer since he opened the bottle and no one would touch it.
"Sirius is something and I'm glad things went okay with Ron." He sighed. "This feels like being at the ministry, showing up at affairs because we need to show an united front. The music is loud, and there are too many people while not training." He had dealt much better when he'd been here training Dumbledore's Army. "And I don't like this room. Too many terrible memories." Including Crabbe's death. Harry might not have liked the young man, but he hated that any student had died. "It feels wrong, you know?"
