"Lily Luna. Harry's youngest," he explained with a smile, "There's a fair bit of difference in age between us but I was happy to entertain." As soon as he felt that cold nose, he tensed and felt a shiver run all the way through him. Teddy eyed Sirius, now in dog form. The urge to pet was there but he didn't know if that was appropriate. Technically, that was a human being and not actually a dog. His fingers tensed slightly, resisting the urge and then occupying himself with unwrapping a blueberry muffin.
Right. Of course, Remus would have a terribly active metabolism. Teddy did too but for only slightly different reasons. Rearranging one's entire body took energy after all. He was picking the blueberries out of the top of his muffin as he listened, smiling to himself. "Is it really waste if it gets eaten, though?"
He stared a bit at the baskets, looking them over for a moment. "Are you sure this isn't just a really strange dream?" Teddy asked, voice soft and maybe a little desperate, "Like, at any moment, this place will fill up with glittery rainbow fish asking us about the weather on their way to the Ministry?"
