He nodded along slowly as Harry spoke. He could see why he might have those fears. It sounded like things with Girl W, with Ginny, had gone pretty horribly wrong. Still.
"I'm not saying you're not the blame here. But did you really make time for Ron and Hermione? Or were they just always there? Did they show up where you were, did they make sure you had time for them because they wouldn't accept anything otherwise? I'm not saying it's Ginnys fault. But there's new factors in play here. Like us living in this castle together, with almost no one else. There aren't cases for you to dissapear for days in. There's only so many places you can be. Even if things get more chaotic here it won't be the same. Nothing is the same anymore. So why couldn't it be different this time?"
