Setting Things Right [after the Sig/Frigg fight] (tag: Frigg)
Thor was perturbed. He wasn't quite irked yet, but definitely perturbed. He hadn't intended on starting his day with a crying woman on his doorstep. That generally didn't bode well for how the rest of the day was going to go. Fortunately, Thor was an early riser, so the rest of his family had been spared the upsetting sight of a woman who was capable of going into a berserker rage so undone that she was crying.
Obviously he'd hugged her and told her he would fix it. What else could he do? Not only did it bother him when any woman cried, this particular woman was somebody he liked. And when she told him what the problem was, that was when he'd gotten perturbed. Because it seemed his sister was working on undoing all he'd tried so hard to put together. Did she have any idea how hard it was to trick the Trickster, even when it was for his own benefit?
So he'd walked Sigyn home and given her reassurances. Then he'd fulfilled the promise she'd demanded and went to tell Loki what was going on. Thor would rather have skipped that part, at least until he had it all sorted out again, but Sigyn had been really insistent. In fact, she'd told him that he had to specifically say that she wasn't running away. Which was kind of obvious to him. She wasn't running, she was being pushed.
Once he'd done that, and left Loki stewing, Thor headed straight for Fensalir. The few ladies that were up and about in his sister's hall didn't even bother trying to stop him. He wouldn't have anyway. He strode through the inner rooms until he got to Frigg's apartment. Then he paused. Because having not knocked once or twice had earned him eyefuls of nakedness and squirming that never needed to be repeated. Ever. Ever ever.
So Thor didn't barge in like he would with anybody else. He knocked. Loudly. Because he was perturbed.
