Theodore knew neither of them were in the mood for a pleasant encounter and he wished that just for once they could get along. He had been quite bored recently and a pleasant conversation would be welcome. Somehow, he knew that it wasn't going to happen with her.
"I have been.." he considered the merits of lying and pretending like everything was great but he actually had missed her stimulating company, just a bit.
"A bit bored." he finished not quite wanting to admit to loneliness. He had taken to notions of being nice to the mudbloods in the journals and that quite scared him.
"How have you been?" he asked, his green eyes looking her over. His expression was masked and guarded.
