Re: Heather & Bea & open - Sunday, around 3.30am
Bea chuckled softly, nodding. "Yeah, the combo of free candy and fun with the fire truck really is like catnip to a lot of people," they agreed. "Plus the people who like flirting with anyone in uniform." It had been some time since they had worn a uniform regularly, but even in the Court that was a thing some people were interested in. They had enjoyed it from time to time, but it did feel a little weird.
The dog was adorable and deeply eager for the treat. "She's persistent, I'll give her that," they said.
"I definitely got a 'more the merrier' attitude from Emilia," they agreed. It was an attitude they sometimes shared, but maybe not to the extent that Emilia seemed to. "Tarrytown embroiling itself into a web of endless connections strikes again," they said, amused as ever at the intertwining of everyone's lives. "Lots of small towns are like that, of course, but this one definitely seems to be especially complicated." They looked down at Pepper again. "Is she friendly to people who don't provide s-n-a-c-k-s?" they asked, more than aware enough of the ability of some dogs to recognise food related words.
