Re: Ram and Fina
"I do enjoy an excuse," she agreed. "You've also taken the impetus and run. That jacket is killer," she added, patting his arm. "Hollow Hill is a bar," she pointed out with a roll of her eyes. "It's nice but it's not masked garden party nice," she said. She rarely went to Hollow Hill unless she was working, and that didn't usually mean dressing fancy. Especially with how often she got something sticky down herself.
She nodded too, she'd make a point to find Morwen at some point and talk to her. "Oh, okay that makes more sense. I am up to my eyes in exam prep, and dissertaton prospectus write up. I have no brain outside of school work most of the time." He looked briefly haunted and was internally glad she could do bar work with very little mental input these days. "Ram, I literally have no time. Should I be here? Probably not. I have exams coming out of my ass. But I adore you and I needed a break from language textbooks and study notes before I scream!" She gulped the rest of the cocktail far too fast and groaned loudly, leaning over and smacking her head into Ram's shoulder. "Sorry, not trying to be a downer at your party. I just need to not think about that too hard or I'll scream."
"I brought my brother with me by the way, you should totally meet him at some point." They had both been told about the other but she hadn't actually managed to get them to meet yet. How Ram would gel with Gael's quieter nature she honestly couldn't predict.
