"I waited a long time, too." He admits, bringing her close again with a familiar burning in his eyes as well. He hadn't been this happy in a long time; he couldn't even be happy when he, Molly and Matt all shared an apartment because he had been too busy being concerned about who was out for them.
"I brought you some things." He tells her, speaking softly as they still held the embrace. "But you're going to have to let go of me to get them." He's content with her clinging to him though, and he stands, holding onto her and picking up his bag, moving back to the seating area.
The rest of his family shared smiles; his grandfather and mother happy to have Mohinder home, even if it was just to pick Molly up and take her back to New York. Maybe they could stay overnight. Mohinder probably wouldn't sleep now; he was backwards from the flight over here and all the time difference. He sits down on the couch and brings his bag up next to him, taking out the books and showing them to Molly. "I can read them to you, if you want." He offers with a smile, catching a stray tear from her cheek and wiping it away. "If you don't tell mum we can stay up as late as you want and I'll read for you."
