(And that would be a non-tyrannosaurid Carnotaurus. Tyrannosaur eye ridges were pronounced but not by that much, and the skull's length is about 2/3 what a tyrannosaur skull of the same height would be. The name comes from those horns above the eyes and literally means meat-bull. The dinosaur in the museum sequence appears to be the same genus, so no Hiro in late-Cretaceous Patagonia.
And no feathers: "A single nearly complete skeleton has been described including impressions of skin along almost the entire right side, that show Carnotaurus lacked feathers, unlike the more advanced coelurosaurian theropods (see also feathered dinosaurs).
